The Department of Business Services is a service organization whose function includes supporting the teaching, research, and public service mission of Virginia Commonwealth University. The auxiliary units included within the department are: Parking and Transportation, Retail, Dining, and Mail services.

Jonah's, a culinary emporium and Starbucks Coffee is now open.
The newly constructed Jonah L Larrick Student Center features a marketplace-style restaurant called Jonah’s and the first fully-licensed Starbucks Coffee on the MCV Campus. Jonah’s offers a wide-variety of dining options, including: fresh salads, homemade breads, pizzas, comfort foods and decadent desserts.
