Visitor & Contractor Rates

Visitor Rates: $5.00 per day   Upon entering the West Broad Street Deck, West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck or West Main Street Deck visitors simply remove a ticket from the spitter and park. Upon exiting hand your ticket to the cashier along with the daily rate of $5.00.
To park in all other VCU/VCU Medical Center parking decks or lots please call or visit one of the Parking Offices to make payment arrangements and pick up a parking pass.
Parking for groups of 15 or more should be coordinated through Brandon Dingess, our Special Events Coordinator. Please submit a Special Event Parking Request Form with the specifics of your function at least two weeks prior to your event.

Contractor Rates: $5.00 per day   VCU Parking and Transportation Services welcomes all contractors to VCU. We require that all contractors purchase a VCU Parking permit before utilizing any VCU parking facility, with the exception of the West Broad Street Deck, West Cary Street Deck, Jefferson Street Deck, West Main Street Deck, or the 8th Street Deck. Contractors parking on these facilities simply remove a ticket from the spitter and park. Upon exiting hand your ticket to the cashier along with the daily rate of $5.00. Please call or visit one of the Parking Offices to make payment arrangements and pick up a parking pass to park in all other VCU parking facilities on either campus.
Please be advised that persons using loading zones are required to show evidence of loading/unloading (e.g., emergency flashers in use). It is expected that drivers who utilize these zones will do so according to the specified times. Any vehicle parked longer than the posted time limit for the loading zone is in violation and subject to enforcement action. Vehicles parked in designated service areas must display a permit authorizing use of these areas. Permits for service vehicles may be obtained at the MCV Campus Parking Office. These permits should be used only while the operator is engaged in performing service functions. Additionally, if contractors are parked anywhere on VCU property in an unauthorized area, they will be ticketed by VCU Parking and Transportation.
