West Main Street Deck (SM) $ 165.00 per semester The West Main Street Deck is located at 801 W. Main St. Entrances to the facility VCU are located on Laurel and Cherry streets. The West Main Street Deck offers student commuters daily parking Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. SM subscribers displaying a valid decal also may park in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. The VCU ID card serves as the access card to the facility. West Main Street Deck subscribers are required to display the SM decal as well as present their student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. Subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number will not correspond with a facility space number. West Broad Street Deck (SW) $ 165.00 per semester The West Broad Street Deck is located at 1111 W. Broad St. Entrances to the facility are located on Shafer and Harrison streets. The West Broad Street Deck offers student commuter parking Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. daily. BH Decal/Broad & Belvidere Deck (BH) $ 292.00 per six month term The BH decal is honored at the Broad and Belvidere Deck located at 600 W. Broad St. and is for the exclusive use of students residing in the Broad and Belvidere housing facility. The BH decal offers 24-hour parking in the BH Deck. Subscribers displaying a valid BH decal also may enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. Subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number will not correspond with a facility space number. CM Lot (CM) $ 260.00 per semester The CM decal is for the exclusive use of student residing in West Grace Street Housing, Brandt, Johnson or Rhoads Hall. It offers 24-hour parking in the CM Lot located at the corner of West Grace and Laurel streets. Subscribers displaying a valid CM decal also may enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility excluding the faculty/staff spaces in the V V Lot, from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. GS Lot (GS) $ 292.00 per six month term The GS decal is for the exclusive use of student residing in RAMZ Hall. It offers 24-hour parking in the GS Lot located at the corner of West Grace and Shafer streets. Subscribers displaying a valid GS decal also may enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility excluding the faculty/staff spaces in the V V Lot, from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. HB Lot (HB) $ 165.00 per semester This facility is located at 1201 W. Broad St. Commuter subscribers displaying the HB decal also may enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility excluding the faculty/staff spaces in the V V Lot, from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. This lot is closed after 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. Lot is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Jefferson Street Deck (JS) $ 165.00 per semester The Jefferson Street Deck is located at 100 South Jefferson Street. Entrances to the facility VCU is located on Jefferson Street. Jefferson Street Deck (JH) $ 292.00 per semester The JH decal is for the exclusive use of students residing in the Cary & Belvidere housing facility. It offers 24-hour parking in the Jefferson Street Deck located at 100 S. Jefferson Street. The entrance to the facility is also located on Jefferson Street. JH subscribers must park on level 4 or above when using the Jefferson Street Deck. The VCU student identification card serves as the access card to the facility. Jefferson Street Deck subscribers are required to display a valid JH decal on the vehicle parked in the deck as well as scan their VCU student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. Subscribers displaying a valid JH decal may also enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted facility, excluding the faculty/staff reserved spaces in the VV Lot, from 4:00 p.m until 2 a.m. The assigned decal number will not correspond with facility space numbers. Bowe Street Deck (SB) $ 165.00 per semester The Bowe Street Deck is located at 609 Bowe St. The entrance to the facility also is located on Bowe Street. The Bowe Street Deck provides commuter student parking Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. The VCU ID card serves as the access card to the facility. Bowe Street Deck subscribers are required to display the SB decal as well as scan their VCU student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. SB subscribers displaying a valid decal also may enjoy reciprocal parking privileges in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. Subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number will not correspond with a facility space number. SY Decal/West Main Street Deck (SY) $ 260.00 per semester The SY decal is for the exclusive use of students residing in Rhoads Hall, Johnson Hall, West Grace Street Housing or GRC. It offers 24-hour parking on the West Main Street Deck, which is located at the corner of Main and Laurel streets. The VCU ID card serves as the access card to the facility. SY decal holders must park on the 3rd and 4th levels of the facility. SY subscribers are required to display the SY decal as well as present their student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. SJ Lot (SJ) $ 165.00 per semester This facility is located at the corner of Main and Adams streets, across from the Jefferson Hotel. The hours of operation for the SJ Lot are 7:00 a.m. until 2 a.m., Monday through Friday. SL Lot (SL) $ 165.00 per semester This facility is located at 103 S. Cherry St. The entrance to the facility is located on Cumberland Street. The hours of operation for the SL Lot are 7:00 a.m. until 2 a.m., Monday through Friday. SL subscribers displaying a valid decal also may park in any unrestricted parking facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. SL subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number will not correspond with a facility space number. SC Lot (SC) $ 122.00 per semester This facility is located at 412 W. Grace St. The entrance to the facility is located on Grace Street. The SC decal is valid in the SC Lot from 7:00 a.m. until 2 a.m., Monday through Friday. SC subscribers displaying valid decals also may park in any unrestricted parking facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. SC subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number does not correspond with a facility space number. Bowe Street Deck (CH) $ 292.00 per six month term The CH decal is honored at the Bowe Street Deck located at 609 Bowe St. and primarily serves students residing in university housing at Capital Garage and the Coliseum Loft Apartments. The Bowe Street Deck offers 24-hour parking, but CH decal holders must park on the 3rd and 4th levels of the facility. Additionally, CH subscribers displaying a valid decal may enjoy reciprocal parking in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m until 2 a.m. The VCU student identification card serves as the access card to the facility. CH subscribers are required to display the CH decal as well as scan their VCU student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. The Bowe Street Deck offers 24-hour parking, but CH decal holders must park on the 3rd and 4th levels of the facility. West Cary Street Deck (MS) $165.00 per semester The West Cary Street Deck is located at 1201 West Cary Street. The entrance to the facility is located on Harrison Street. The West Cary Street Deck offers student commuter parking Monday – Friday, from 7 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. daily. MS subscribers displaying a valid decal also may park in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. The VCU ID card serves as the access card to the deck. West Cary Street Deck subscribers are required to display the MS decal as well as present their student identification card when entering and exiting the facility. West Franklin Street Deck (WS) $165.00 per semester The West Franklin Street Deck is located at 1100 West Franklin Street near the corner of Ryland and West Franklin streets. The entrance to the facility is located on Franklin Street. Entry to this facility is controlled by an access card that must issued at the Parking Office located at 1108 A West Broad Street. The WS decal is valid in the West Franklin Street Deck from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 pm., Monday through Friday. WS subscribers displaying valid decals also may park in any unrestricted faculty/staff facility from 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. WS subscribers may park in the first available space as the assigned decal number will no correspond with a facility space number. MCV Campus Student Parking: I Lot: VCU Medical Center Commuter $ 122.00 per semester A Lot: VCU Medical Center Commuter $ 122.00 per semester 8th Street Deck (ES): MCV Campus Commuter Student $ 165.00 per semester 8th Street Deck (EH): MCV Campus Housing Student $ 260.00 per semester Evening Parking Options: Evening Parking Decal (EV) $ 30.00 per semester The EV decal is essentially a “hunting license” that permits the subscriber to park in any unrestricted VCU parking lot with more than 20 spaces from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily. The EV decal is nonrefundable and does not guarantee a parking space. (For unrestricted parking facilities, visit http://www.bsv.vcu.edu/vcupark/restrictedfacilities.htm). The spaces designated for faculty and staff in the VV lot also are restricted from use by EV permit holders. Additionally, EV decals also are honored in the F, K, and Q Lots at the VCU Medical Center after 5 p.m. If you would like to purchase an EV decal, you are encouraged to mail your application and payment. Your permit will be mailed to you. An unlimited number of EV decals are sold during the semester. Evening Plus Decal (EP, EB, EC, EK, or EW) $ 60.00 per semester An evening plus decal offers the subscriber the same privileges as the EV decal (see EV decal description) plus the use of the West Main Street Deck(EP decal), the Bowe Street Deck (EB decal), the West Cary Street Deck (EC decal), the Jefferson Street Deck (EK decal), or the West Broad Street Deck (EW decal). The Evening Plus decal does not guarantee a parking space. Evening plus decal subscribers may use their assigned deck from 3:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. on weekdays displaying their decal and presenting their student identification card when entering and exiting the deck. A limited number of evening plus decals are sold during the semester. Student subscribers pay in advance on a semester basis. Parking cost is dependent upon whether you are a commuter or housing student and the parking location. Parking is limited, and sold on a first come first served basis.
