Full-time and part time employees of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and Virginia Commonwealth University Health
System (VCUHS) are required to pay semi-monthly through payroll deduction.
The following VCU employee classifications are required to pay in advance for parking permits - Adjunct Faculty, Student Workers, Work Study Students, Hourly employees and Affiliates (non employees). The following VCUHS employee classifications are required to pay in advance for parking permits – Hourly employees and Affiliates (non employees). Parking Application Forms The following parking applications are available for viewing and printing using Adobe Acrobat reader.  Complete the applicable form below and deliver to either the VCU Medical Center Parking Office located at the 8th Street Parking Deck, 659 N. 8th Street, first level or the Monroe Park Campus Parking Office located at the Ackell Residence Center, 1108 A West Broad Street.
