DIANE REYNOLDS, Director
Ms. Diane L. Reynolds serves as the Director of the Department of Business Services for Virginia Commonwealth University and leads the management team for parking and transportation, dining, retail, and mail services, which generate revenues to support programs and fund capital projects for VCU students. She and her staff strive to provide service excellence every day to students, faculty, staff, and visitors of V.C.U.

Ms. Reynolds is a scholar of the 2001 inaugural Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute for emerging leaders and currently serves on the boards of directors for the National Association of College Auxiliary Services East and the Virginia Commonwealth University Fast Track Executive M.B.A. Alumni Association. DAN MCDONALD, Assistant Director
Dan McDonald is the Assistant Director for the Department of Business Services. Mr McDonald oversees VCU Dining Services, VCU Retail Services and VCU Licensing. DAN YOUNG, Financial Manager
Dan Young is the Business Manager for Finance & Accounting encompassing all of the Department of Business Services' auxiliary operations and is responsible for the overall fiscal management including accounting, planning and budgets and fiscal reporting of operations to the Director of Business Services. Rebecca Jones, Marketing and Public Relations Manager
Rebecca Jones is the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the Department of Business Services and oversees all marketing and promotional activities for the department and its units. She is the editor and publisher of The VCUpdate, which is an informative newsletter and highlights new and exciting programs in Dining, Parking & Transportation, and Retail Services. Charlene Lacy, Assistant Financial Manager
Charlene Lacy is the Assistant Financial Manager for Finance and Accounting for the Department of Business Services. Catherine Cecil, Accountant
Catherine Cecil is the Accountant for Business Services. She is responsible for the accounting and fiscal reporting activity for numerous auxiliary programs within VCU Business Services such as Mail Services, Online @VCU technology store and portions of Dining Services. James Daniels, Information Systems Manager
James coordinates and manages the IT environment for Business Services which includes hardware, software and personnel resources.
